Adam has over twenty years of software engineering and engineering management expertise. He’s held positions ranging from individual software engineer to team leader up to executive director of product engineering in Quest Software’s Data Protection division.
His experience includes building and managing large (100+) geodisbursed engineering teams. Since 2006 he has managed hybrid in-house/offshore engineering organizations, consistently delivering successful commercial software products in competitive markets.
