When your product team expands to include UI/UX, front-end developers, back-end developers, mobile, and QA, you don’t have to handle all of the day to day team management yourself. We have experienced product owners who can be your “right hand” handling the daily execution and communication tasks within the team.
Although all of our clients have product team leadership in-house, they still find it’s a big productivity boost to have the Product Owner role on-site with the product team. The Product Owner can handle all of the responsibilities usually associated with that title, including interacting with business stakeholders and partners, coordinating with customer support and engineering on high-visibility issues, managing schedules and overseeing production deployments.
